Foundation Light
Starting with a 3D scan of a rock, this project explored manipulating organic geometry. This led to the development of a dramatic lighting piece.

Inline with the organic texture, an asymetric arrangment of tubes prop up the top portion of the light.
The textured surface also provides a functional benefit. As the light shines down, the irregularities help evenly diffuse the light in all directions.
